By placing an order on our site, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
Products offered are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
Our product prices are in Argentine pesos and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
-All reservations and modifications must be requested via email to our reservations center. Only written confirmations will be valid.
-Required information: Full name of passengers. ID or passport number. Nationality. Date of birth. Contact information.
-Cancellations
Up to 3 days before departure, bank charges will apply, if any.
For cancellations 2 days or less before departure, a charge of 100% of the total cost of the contracted services will apply.
*In any case where the company issues a refund, administrative fees may be deducted, if applicable. Please note that administrative processes may take 10 to 15 days, which will be duly communicated.
**The service provider, MARPATAG SRL, reserves the right to modify these cancellation policies at any time, at its discretion, without this implying any recognition of rights in favor of the passenger. In which case, the passenger will be notified of the changes and will be given a period of 72 hours to proceed with the cancellation in accordance with the policy in place at the time of booking; once this period has expired, the new policies implemented will be fully applicable.
-The transfer from El Calafate will depart from the agreed-upon meeting point*.
*Agreed-upon meeting point: This is the location designated by the client as the pick-up point for the transportation service. This can only be the address of a hotel, cabin complex, or other accommodation that offers reception services during the scheduled pick-up time.
-The wait time for pickup may be up to approximately 45 minutes. This will depend on the location of the accommodation and the route.
-The client must wait at the agreed-upon meeting point at the scheduled time. Once the driver/guide arrives, there will be a 5-minute grace period. After this time, the tour will continue. It is important to note that the service will not be returned to the accommodation, and the passenger will forfeit their transfer booking.
It is important to bring: Comfortable and warm clothing, waterproof jacket and pants, hat, gloves, thermal socks, if possible trekking boots or failing that, waterproof sports shoes with laces, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera with double battery; and binoculars.
We accept the following payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX credit card, Paypal, Mercado Pago, bank transfer or deposit. Payment must be made in full to process the order.
